The first forum for document management in digitally transformed institutions was held on Wednesday and Thursday, May 11-12, 2022 in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University under the patronage of Prof. Nevin Mohamed Moussa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for National Books and Documents, and Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Qalash, Head of the Department of Libraries, Documents and Information Technology.
The purpose of the forum was to direct the researchers' attention to the importance of the field of document management in digital transformation, how to deal with standards for document management in different institutions, and how workers in digital transformation institutions benefit from digital document management.
Forum axes 1. Standard criteria for digital transformation. 2. Arab and international experiences in digital transformation. 3. Management systems in digitally transformed institutions. 4. Rehabilitation and training. 5. Practices and applications in digitally transformed institutions. 6. Security of documents and information. 7. Document management and cloud computing. 8. The role of artificial intelligence in digital transformation and document management.
