The role of archival institutions in providing educational services

This research aims to show the importance of educational services in archival institutions, and to aware Arabic archives about the necessity of beginning this kind of services, which began in international archives from the fifteenth of the twentieth century. The educational services provided by archival institution are important in education; because students practice how to get information by themselves from archival materials, perform their opinions and views freely, far from the scholar narrative books and to encourage them developing their intellectual ideas and skills of analysis and discovery. The research uses the descriptive and analytical method and case study, which performs templates from international archival institutions and their educational services, in addition case study for the national Egyptian archive. The research ends with some important results and recommendations.
