Dr. Omnia Sadek is one of the most prominent contributors and distinguished contributions in the field of libraries and information in Egypt and at the Arab level. This study seeks to provide a brief presentation of her scientific and professional career, in addition to identifying the most prominent features of her intellectual output and analyzing it to discover its trends and contributions to the specialty of libraries and information. The study relies on the bibliometric approach, whether related to compiling intellectual output or highlighting its features or analyzing it. It has been shown that Dr. Omnia Sadek has presented (54) works, whether in the form of books, parts of books, articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, or studies presented at conferences, during the period from 1983 to 2022, issued in Egypt and other countries in the field of libraries and information. An analytical reading of this output reveals that she has clearly focused in most of her studies on information technology and its use in information institutions, as well as her interest in issues of qualification and training, and information activities and services in information institutions.
