Delphi is described as an interactive and dynamic organized social research method, concerned with analyzing a specific problem through the use of a group of specialized experts, who express their views with their tacit knowledge, represented in expertise, experiences and research interests, in order to predict the future, its conditions and needs to be taken into account when planning certain services or to take the reasons for caution and caution when implementing plans and programs. Intellectual production is full of many articles and studies that dealt with Delphi and its importance to facilitate the task of researchers in collecting and processing information, but they differed in the name of Delphi, there are those who believe that Delphi is nothing more than a research tool (Okali, and Pawlowski 2004), some studies called it a "method" (Niederberger and Spranger 2020), and other studies considered it a "research method" (Twin 2024) The current study examines Delphi and explains its procedures, advantages and disadvantages, as well as highlighting its employment in knowledge management research.
