Based on the nature of the research and for the purpose of achieving its objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted using the survey method in this study. The researcher prepared the data collection tools represented in the checklist to study the reality of the remote training platforms under study. their opinions.
The most prominent results of the study were to reach the importance of remote training, which has become one of the necessary necessities in this era, to identify the shortcomings in the current remote training platforms and to try to address those shortcomings and provide electronic training courses in an appropriate and sufficient form through the design of an Arab platform specialized in training Libraries, information and archives specialist, and the results resulted in the lack of all technical requirements and infrastructure requirements in most of the distance training platforms under study, and the lack of interaction between the three most important elements in the e-training process (trainer, employees, training program) in some training platforms.
