The journal aims to publish scientific papers, book and theses reviews, conference reports, etc. It encourages contributions from the library, information, archive and documentation sector, including their institutions and the related fields.
The journal has a pool of academic referees/reviewers with diverse background in the field of library, information and archive in addition to a number of international specialized referees/reviewers worldwide. The peer-review process uses the double-blind review for evaluation of all the studies, in this type of peer review both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa This is to ensure that research is judged fairly, keeping bias out of the equation and author and reviewer benefit from some level of protection against criticism and allows the paper to be judged based on the quality of the content, rather than the reputation of the author.
